Bose introduces sunglasses' Frames with world's first audio augmented reality platform


Bose introduces Frames into a premium class of sunglasses with “world's first audio augmented reality platform” embedded into it. Bose claimed that the frames are the tiniest of all frames available in the market these days. The frames are the thinnest and the lightweight frames into the sunglasses offering the best audio system that can be used to streamline music and other audio services including taking or making calls and switching voice assistants. This frame is the first commercial product that comes in-built with the Bose’s “audio augmented reality platform”.

The good thing about the frames is the affordable price of $199 in the US and pre-order availability on Bose's website. The shipping process will start in January 2019 on the site and retail stores as well. The company unveiled that AR apps are about to come next year and more updates regarding that will be shared at SXSW 2019.

Matte Black colored sunglasses in the square and angled called Alto style, and round and slightly smaller called Rondo style will be scratch resistant and lightweight about 45 grams only.

According to the company, these frames will block up to 99% of UVA/ UVB rays. Long-lasting battery supported 3.5 hours playback and 12 hours standby time will definitely give you a relaxing experience. The battery charging is quick. You can expect to get your frames fully—charged within 2 hours only.

There are so many styling features that make these frames unique and must buy.  Tinted lenses, gold-plated steel hinges, distinct accents, and charging pins.  Can trigger Siri and Google Assistant, take or make calls and give commands, can pause or skip songs.
