Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX800 Compact Camera launched by Sony India on Friday is claimed to have “world's smallest body” in its range of cameras. Its width range from 24mm to up to 720mm super-telephoto featuring video recording at 4K resolution and Bionz X image processing engine. The price of this camera is Rs. 34,990 and the model is readily available across Sony Center stores in India from October 29.
The wide zoom range is offered by this camera using Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T High Magnification Zoom lens. The best thing about this camera is its back-illuminated Exmor RTM CMOS sensor offering clear picture quality with 18.2-MP resolution. Image stabilization supported by the camera with the help of optical SteadyShot, Zoom Assist function to zoom out temporary basis, are some of the features that make this camera different from others.
This Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX800 can record movie footage without any flaws. Sony's Bionz X image processing engine when combined with the front-end Large Scale Integrated circuits promises to deliver continuous shooting@10fps. Other features of this camera are autofocus with speed of 0.09 sec, Eye autofocus, RAW image format, touch focus, sensitivity up to ISO 6400, 180-degree LCD touchscreen that can be easily tilted for easy selfie shots.
Data acquisition using Bluetooth allows users to collect and transfer data via Bluetooth. Quick sharing or uploading data to the website are more features that this camera comes loaded with. The camera can be connected to other devices via Bluetooth with Android 5.0 or later versions supporting Bluetooth v4.0 or later. The good thing is that this camera works with iPhone 4S or later, and iPad 3rd gen or later as well.
