Xiaomi Mi A2 was launched by the company last year with an introductory price of Rs. 16,999 in August. Though the price of this smartphone dropped by Rs. 1,000 after three months of its introduction but now it seems that the smartphone’s price has been dropped off a permanent nature that will be applicable on both Mi A2 storage variants 4GB RAM/64GB ROM and 6GB RAM/ 128GB ROM. The Mi A2 is based on Android One program launched by Google. This smartphone was initially driven by Android 8.1 Oreo but later received an update to latest Android 9.0 Pie OS.

Now the price of Xiaomi Mi A2 starts from Rs. 13,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB model and goes up to Rs. 15,999 for the 6GB RAM/ 128GB model. Further reports state that this price drop is permanent and begin from January 7, Monday. The new prices will reflect in Mi.com and Amazon India from 12 pm Indian Standard Timings.
